Located in Level 2, Amcorp Mall. Specialising in Negeri and Minang cuisine, Salero Negori serves dishes such as Ayam Kampung Goreng Bumbu (deep-fried Kampung chicken), Gulai Otak (curried beef brains), Gulai Tunjang (red beef tendon curry), Masak Lemak Cili Api (green coconut-based curry), Ikan Sembilang Salai (grilled catfish) and Telur Itik (duck egg). One of two locations in Petaling Jaya.

This is my husband's favorite restaurant. They serve authentic Negeri Sembilan (a state in Malaysia) cuisine. Only rice and side dishes. Yumm
