Located in the Syuen Hotel since 1993, the Silver Boat Restaurant serves dim sum and Chinese cuisine. Specialities include Claypot Kampung chicken, braised stuffed cabbage and mushrooms, Peking duck, Baked stuffed chicken wings, Teochew-style Ling fish heads, braised chicken ginseng soup, and their own Malaysian version of dim sum with Belacan, curry-flavoured, and Tom Yum flavoured fillings.
