A halal certificate is clearly visible on the premises.. From the website: 'We also serve Halal meat and gluten-free delicacies.'
Mint Indian Bistro is a full-service Indian restaurant with a contemporary twist, in our food, our decor and our approach. Our chef believes that the food we serve should transfer you, in spirit, to the region it originated from. Therefore every recipe has been pain-stakingly gathered from kitchens all across South-East Asia. From tandoor delicacies, curries and naans, to tangy chaats and crispy dosas, we have it all. We cater to special diet groups like vegetarians and vegans. We also serve Kosher/Halal meat and gluten-free delicacies. So whether you like your curry hot, super-hot or inferno-style, we will custom-make it to your individual taste. And if youıre truly brave-hearted, we challenge you to finish a bowl of our super-inferno curry (Coming Soon)! The curry is hot but the rewards are sweet!

Great food. Great staff.
Not halal. They have a big Hindu statue at the door and a staff member stated clearly that food is not halal.
everything was delicious, love the chicken masala?
I was there yesterday and was very disappointed from the beginning. As soon as we walked in the owner informs us that the buffet was going to close in 1/2 hr, that not a problem because we all were expecting it. However, there was no need by owner to then look at his watch and make a childish frown, completely unprofessional and disturbing coming from a owner. Next the waiter was being very rude until he noticed that I was getting irritated. On top of all that, the owner decides to bang on the bathroom door when my wife used and later when I went to use it (neither of us were there long for a long time). I don\'t what the reason for all the bad behavior was but I am not planning to attend this place again. Alhumdulillah their are plenty of verified Halal restaurants available in the Vegas area to visit. Plus- the large verity of alcohol being offered was disturbing.
The food was good. Mainly South Indian touch. However, this place is definitely NOT HALAL even the chef admits it. So this should really not be on this website.
The place is busy. There are people here all the time. Tried the buffet. Reasonably priced at 11.99/person. I recommend this place very highly. The variety was awesome and the dishes were amazing esp the chili chicken. There is a label attached to every meat item ' Zabihah Halal Meat Only' which was very heartening despite the establishment being non-Muslim. Overall a fantastic experience.
Good food. Great selection from Lunch Buffet. Staff friendly. Clean!
We ate here today for lunch. Was a great buffet for $10.99. Very good value for money. No complaints here. Probably the best food we've had here so far in Las Vegas.
We had the buffet lunch here at 10 bucks each , very nice courteous waiters, good selection of food and we were told all Halal, don't pay any attention to the other doubters here. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE MEAT IS HALAL OR NOT? You have to take someone's words and TRUST them ok. If they are lying then that's up to them.
Everything was great No review is enough to show how great the food was... It has 5 stars on yelp,
My wife and I visited Mint last night, we order meal for 2, the food was okay, but service very slow and professional. They don't have any idea how to space between the courses, appetizer came first then at least 15 mins for the soup and so on with the mean course ,, they don't clean table before the next course come, they need to learn how service should be don't for dine in restaurant .. Prices is bit hight
The lunch buffet was pretty decent. The only issue was they kept running out of the tandoori chicken with a long wait between refills.
Very good buffet for 9.99 per person. Highly rexommended.
This restaurant has a NEW owner...and has now changed the restaurants name to "MINT", same location. The food here is VERY tasty with great selections. Infact they have a wonderful lunch buffet with great variety arnd $10/person. As for HALAL, they have stated to us that they ARE. Its all upto you, but I do say the food is great and a MUST try!
My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times after being assured by the owner that the food is halal. He informed us he gets his meat etc. from LA. I would say - don't ask the waiters, check with the owner. He's usually there. I hope it's still halal! Food can be a little pricey but tasty nonetheless.
I called the restaurant and asked if halal food is offered. The person answering my call first said "Yes" (i.e. halal), but then said "Wait, no" (i.e not halal) then immediately said "Yes" (i.e. halal). I wanted to be sure about its halal status, so I went to the restaurant. There was no halal sign in window, bottles of alcohols in display and there was a big statue - looked like a Buddha or maybe Hindu statue - in the restaurant. Considering these, I was not convinced of its halal status and did not eat there.
Very expensive food. non muslin (Hindu) owner. Halal: Not Sure.
An excellent dining experience. close to the strip (I think like 2 miles from Treasure Island). Open late too - til 12:30am on sat night. This was the 1st restaurant we ate at on our vegas trip. chicken packora appetizer was excellent. We had a variety of entrees between us - the lamb was exceptional. Not overpriced really, the entrees were in the $12-15 range which is what should be expected in a nice place like this. Not everything is halal (for example: the turkey - I would have loved this with my dumpling appetizers). the owner's a very friendly nice, young guy. at the time of this review, he had this place open for a year.
I decided to check this place out since it was pretty close to the LAs Vegas Strip. The owners are not Muslims. They showed me business card from where they get lamb and chicken halal. Liquor is also served in this establishment. This is a high end restaurant with great decor and service. The prices were high about $18-$20 per dish
