First, this physical storefront operates under 'ALMERAJ HALAL MEAT MARKET & GROCERY INC.', which New York State records show was legally 'Dissolved by Proclamation' back in 2011 (DOS ID: 3486826). Second, the point-of-sale terminal is routing customer credit card data to a secondary active shell corporation called 'ALESRA'A HALAL MEAT MARKET, INC' (DOS ID: 3786128), which lists its corporate address as an empty office suite in Yonkers.This is a classic merchant identity obfuscation tactic used to mask ghost-billing schemes. As a local finance professional, I have already taken formal legal actions. I opened a fraud investigation and chargeback dispute with Citibank. I filed a criminal financial identity theft report with the NYPD. I submitted a formal corporate fraud complaint to the New York State Attorney General (OAG) Consumer Frauds Division. I also filed a vendor compliance report with the USDA Office of Inspector General (OIG) to investigate the legality of their EBT/SNAP merchant processing infrastructure under a dissolved entity.Check your statements immediately. If you see 'Alesra'a Halal' or 'Almeraj Halal' on your card statement for amounts you didn't swipe for, call your bank and freeze your card right away.
