Ive never had issues before, meals usually amazing with friendly service. However meal was cold and the korma kurdled, called the restaurant to ask for another replacement meal but refused. No refund offered, korma alone was offered. The whole meal was supposed to be a treat and it was a waste of money. I thought the restaurant would be kind enough to replace the meal. Unable to request refund theough deliveroo as delivery still says pending from yesterday evening. Such a shame. Will not use again. The whole point of a nice meal is an entire nice meal.
