Ensuite, elle est assaisonne á votre façon parmi un choix d'oignons, de laitue, de tomates, puis releve avec notre dlicieuse sauce piquante maison. Notre mission, toujours bon, toujours simple, toujours rapide, simplement les meilleurs.

We were in Vieux-Quebec for the July 1st holiday and came across this restaurant for lunch. The menu is not fully halal. The owner said chicken and beef are halal. They did serve pork as well. Disappointed in this but there was no cross contamination of items served as everything is in the open. They make their own pita on site and this was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is on Rue St-Jean and seating is available on the street. They also offer a selection of sweets.

GoogleWhen you feel like having a taste from home ask about the thyme galette or as we call it in Lebanon "manoushe zaatar". The staff are very polite, they welcome you with a warm smile, the place is super clean, and has a variety to choose from for your galette. Price wise, it's affordable but, in my opinion, still a bit expensive for a manoushe. Would definitely recommend having a try! As we say in Lebanon "alf sahha" (kind of like enjoy your food ♥️)
