The Huifenglou Restaurant has been serving up Muslim fare for more than a hundred year. The buildings inside and out are designed in Ming and Qing dynasty architectural styles. With a capacity of 200 people, Huifenglou's signature dishes are baiqie yangrou (Mutton Slices), and sai xiongzhang (a dish whose name literally translates as Better than a Bear's Paw,). We went looking for this restaurant several times since it was the nearest to our hotel. However we didnt find it. For the block where the address was, all we saw was a big wall for the entire block. We believe it must have been torn down for other development. There were no posters to say if it had moved elsewhere. If others know where it has moved to, perhaps they can update the address, please. Otherwise, it would be good if someone can confirm that it has closed down and so it can be taken out of the database.
