Chicken Hut

I doubt it is still Halal anymore, better check with owner. When I went there around end of 2008, I see the restaurant already have changed hands few times, and last I noticed a Swedish guy of Bangladesh running the restaurant and he said the previous sold off the business. From my observation and his way of replying whether it was halal, I doubt it is Halal anymore and I see the way he was handling the food it was not unhygienic at all, and in the end I told him I need to go out for a while and did not return at all. I been before in 2007, where the original owner was still operating, and the food was really great but not anymore, I dont go to this restaurant anymore, unless there is another person take over this restaurant.

I would safely say this is maybe the Only HALAL restaurant in aberdeen. Many say there halal when you enter but you see Alcohol everywhere and it makes you think twice, esecially when you notice their meat comes from Brake Brothers whom are known to mix meat, but fortunately thanks to Chicken Hut i never had to worry about it, i noticed immediately the halal authenticity, the suppliers all muslims, and above all NO ALCOHOL. I was very impressed by the owners doing HAJJ and realising Halal is the best option. 100% Halal. One more thing i noticed was that there was alot of Arab people eating in KFC and McDonalds, i never knew their meat was Halal. Told them about it and they said yes we know better. Nowadays at the mosque Kutbah when they told off all these people i notice them only at Chicken Hut ! May God Bless your business. Inshallah
