I have been there during this Ramadan for iftar meal. It was very very crowded. The food was really delicious. Prices are neither cheap nor expensive. I'd rate it 4 to 5.

Turkish Airlines does not have priority lane and we are not prioritized with a baby but have to stand in line, not what they advertise on their website. But the phone service line workers are nice and booked us bassinets.

Turkish airlines is a disaster! They don't respect their clients. Even if you choose business class .Customer service is not existing. Our flight was cancelled, we needed to change all the route. Its obvious that the disruption was their fault. But even having all flight arranged and linked by Turkish airlines they reject any claim for compensation of your costs. I am switching to european carriers

A lot of trash airlines around but this supposedly great airline managed to leave all our luggage (of like 100 people) in Istanbul. When it supposedly arrived days later and we wanted to pick it up we waited over an hour only to be sent away at 2am and asked to return at 8am. Needless to say no compensation was offered. And still unclear whether we ever see our stuff again.

My experience with Turkish Airlines at Munich Airport was a bit frustrating. During boarding, there was only one person at the check-in counter, so we ended up waiting in line for over an hour.

Avoid Turkish Airlines – Especially for Families I had a terrible experience flying with Turkish Airlines with my wife and two infant daughters. I paid extra for extra legroom seats with bassinets, which were confirmed and visible in my booking. A few days before the flight, those seat reservations disappeared from the system, even though the payment had already been deducted. Despite multiple calls to customer support, no solution was provided — only a suggestion to submit feedback. One rep even yelled, “I can’t understand you,” despite hearing me clearly. They admitted it was a system error but refused to reassign the seats or issue a refund. We ended up traveling in random, separate seats — I wasn’t even seated with my wife and kids. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and to this day, no refund was issued for the seats I paid for. Even a Turkish colleague contacted them in Turkish on my behalf — still no resolution. If you're traveling with family, especially with infants, I strongly recommend avoiding Turkish Airlines.
