GoogleI recently ordered from Roman's Pizza and had a small problem with my order. I had requested extra chicken topping, but it was missing when we got home. I called the store, and the manager, Zaid, was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though we couldn't return to the store, he offered to remake the pizza at no extra cost for us to collect at our convenience. This level of customer service really impressed me.
