Poor Food Quality, Not worth paying high for low quality and low quantity food.

I went back to this restaurant after a very long time. I am used to seeing Abdul the manager and getting great service. Last night was a disaster, I ordered tea and when I went to pour the sugar, the cap off the sugar bottle fell off and made a complete mess. My friend S.P. was chilly and noticed outdoor heaters being placed next to tables. He requested one & instead the manager brought out a Imam\'s cloak (thin) that is normally worn during the Friday Sermon and offered to cover him with it. We observed that the Middle Eastern customers got the heaters and proper service while we, (Indians) got UNGOTS! The chicken was overcooked and was not the same food & service I am used to. Not sure if they changed owners, but the manager was certainly new. Last night\'s experience re-confirmed why I hadn\'t gone back in a long time and WILL NOT be going back! Al-Basha it is from now on!

Used to be a frequenter here, but the food service has declined, the food quality could be better. The wait staff tends to ignore you if you are outside. The hookah is good though and the tea is great.

Not what I expected. It looks nice from the outside but the food inside was very average. Would not recommend for the food but seems like nice place to smoke shisha n drink tea.

We visited Sultan a month ago. The food was good and the quantities sufficient. We ordered lamb, chicken and falafel, all of which tasted great. I found it a little on the pricier side because they added a gratuity of 15% to the bill (we were just 4). The place was very clean and the hostesses friendly and well informed. I would love to visit it again, maybe in a smaller group this time

the food is excellent (toshka -tabola-salad-yabrak)its clean and nice place...I love it

Considering the location, Sultan looks exquisite from the outside and proper inside. The food was of impeccable quality and had depth in texture and richness of portions - was savoring each morsel. Would highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a above average borderline exceptional dining experience for Muslim food in Clifton / Paterson.
