We went there on account of the reviews recently. I walked in and straight out, didn't trust the staff member. Maybe it was halal back in 2010 but it's probably changed owner since then and it wasn't in a Muslim area which lead to my doubts. Best avoided unless someone else can confirm.

Enjoyed this place when it first opened but now food is Standard fish and chips tbh but one thing annoyed me is charging for salt and vinegar. 2 pounds!! It’s way too much as a chippy should be free! at least 50p. Ain’t gonna come back to this place no more. Billy’s diner don’t charge for any salt and vinegar and sauces.
