My first order and likely the last as well. Ordered both the spinach frittata and black pepper mushroom pies to be delivered tonight between 8-9pm. With their flexible delivery time option, I thought it meant they might deliver earlier if convenient but no, there was totally no update on my order till 3 mins before 9pm and I had to enquire about it. Their response via WhatsApp then, was prompt stating that my pies would be in transit within 30 mins but to my disappointment, there was no sound no pie till 10pm. Then just after 10.30pm, I received a call and text from the delivery guy that my pies were on their way and will arrive in 25 mins. Mind you, that's well into people's transition to bedtime and to make matters worse, the pies were warm when I had specifically ordered them chilled, with the delivery guy also confirming that they were fresh from the oven. Also found a few of the spinach frittata in a sorry state and when I tasted one of it, it was very dry and distasteful. I can only conclude that they were made in a rush and an order likely forgotten. Well done on scoring at dissatisfaction and disappointment. I'd like my money back.
