Afghan Market & Restaurant

It is a good store - most things are available and the meat is fairly fresh. Customer Service is lagging, but better than average Halal market. The restaurant food items have good proportions and very good quality - especially the Chapli Kabab.

There food is good but the people that works kitchen is very very rude. They really need to practice there customer service skills . We are from Pakistan maybe that's why there rude to us. occasionally we buy meat from there. Some times it's good meat sometimes it's not. It's not consistent

I shop here occasionally for beef, lamb and chicken. Great service but a tad pricey...but that is what you have to pay when there is no other halal places near by.

Amazing service and truly halal meat

This is the best place to buy Zabiha Halal Meat. The owner and his family hand slaughter it themselves. Very good prices and also they have all kind of merchandises. Customer service is awesome. I highly recommend this place.

i tried their Chapli Kabab with Rice. Good quantity and the kababs were good too.

According to one of the workers, i talked w/ over the phone, they buy their chicken from Marwa distributor thru Indus in Berkeley. As for ALL the meat (beef, lamb...etc) they buy it alive and hand slaughter it themselves.

Small and a bit cramped but the family that runs this business is very friendly. The father is the butcher and will go out of his way to help you. I've stopped off here a couple of times and was always greeted warmly.

Bought meat from the butcher and it wasn't the best, but as it is the only halal meat place for miles I guess I don't really have a choice but to buy my meat from there.
