Oakland Halal Meat & Produce

First and last time at this place. The frozen meat by the cashier looked like it had been there for a long time. There was a ton of clutter and I barely made it into the store. When I first walked in no one was there to help me. FInally after standing there for a couple minutes someone came out. I went specifically to see if they had fresh lunch meat and they did have some turkey so that was the only upside. After getting my turkey I figured I could just get my chicken here as well. I asked for a whole chicken, it was totally forgotten. I also asked for 12 leg and thigh pieces. The chicken came out of the freezer in a pre-sealed bag and was unusually large. I understand why now after eating it. It reminds me of the bad quality genetically enhanced chicken that I grew up eating. After switching to Halal and getting delicious chicken, this is very disappointing.
