Very Reasonable price, good food and good serving size. It is not at all a typical student catering in other cities. Its better then most restaurants in north america.

The best halal food in North Carolina. We enjoyed everything. Eating here was the highlight of our trip.

Wow ! What a wonderful food to have. The most important thing is that the meat used was HALAL and the cook is a MUSLIM as well, so no need to worry about the meat. Secondly, the food was cooked wonderfully and you can get a taste similar to your home cooked food. All of the dishes that i had tried were fantastic and worthy to eat, like Chicken Biryani, Haleem, Nehare and vegatable dishes. I have been looking so long for good quality food and at last i found one. So my problem of having good food in NC have been solved pretty much. I would definitely recomment all of those who are fond of good food, you should definitely try this.

Never in my life have I ever tasted such mouthwatering delicious food! I don't know where to begin. 1st of all- it is all Halal authentic food! 2nd- Very tasty! 3rd- Very reliable, on time delivery. 4th- Beautiful presentation. 5th- Difficult to choose, all varieties are great! the best pakistani food i have had in North Carolina. The taste is true to the "home cooked meal," every pakistani longs for in the U.S.Plus there is great variety and is ecnomical as well.FOr anyone seeking authentic pakistani taste they should definitety try out ruby catering.

The food is great and the bset thing about the food is it is prepared in the home with great care and not only meat served is HALAL but ALL the ingredients are also 100% HALAL by very known Muslims. Prices are also very reasonable and affordable by the students.

I have been lucky to devour Ruby catering's mouthwatering foods. The dishes are excellent. The menu is diverse, ranging from the traditional Biryani, Qorma, Kofta, Vegetables to the modern Chinese offerings of egg fried rice, beef with onion & chilies. I would be honest to admit that I haven't had a better mix vegetable and Qalaqand before. The latest dish I tried was Chicken Masala and I ended up licking my fingers. It was potent enough in spices to rejuvenate my slumbering taste buds and moist my eyes & just short to allow tears rolling down my cheeks. I highly recommend them, not only for they offer Halal food but also because it has been the best in my experience of NC, SC, and GA.

I ordered the food, which was HALAL. Excellent, mouth watering. Biryani, Kebobs, Chicken, Vegetables and sweet dish, all were delicious. Several selections are available with very reasonable rates. I would recommend very strongly to order with them.
