The only halal soul food spot in the Triangle. Nice variety of food although the vegetables are not fresh, food is resonably priced with very nice portions.

I have been there 3 times and everytime the restaurant owner tells me its closed. It is closed for friday prayers hence i am not counting those occasions. The excuses vary from daughter attending a party to being "busy". Anyone who wants to go there probably should call ahead 1st.

I like this place alot. The food is very good and the owner travels all the way up north to get his supple of halal meat. This is a reason to support them even more.

Their food is delicious especially the fried chicken. It's about time a halal soul food restaurant came into existence. I was very pleased with the taste, portions served and the reasonable price.

Have not personally eaten here; only seen the "we serve halal" sign while driving by. Of note, the general area seems a little seedy, so I would advise caution, in particular during evening hours
