Went there after going to Legoland. It is aprox 15 min east of Legoland. Spoke with the owner who stated that only the lamb was halal. I have no reason to doubt him. (personally I hate people who ask restaraunt owners about their halal status and still do not believe them after they say yes their meat is halal. then why bother asking if you are not going to believe them anyways. If another muslim tells you his meat is halal then it is between him and Allah if he is lying). Well anyways, had the lamb shawerma sandwich. It was pretty good. 3 sandwiches for aprox 19 dollars w/tax. Not a bad place to eat. I would go their again. I feel that we are blessed in California that we have halal places to eat and should be thankful.

I've been here a couple of times and food has always been good Masha'Allah. The only halal meat they've had has been Lamb but the brother said they are trying to find a vendor who can supply them with large quanties other halal meat, Insha'Allah. The lamb is great though. I do recommend. Salaams.

To the guy who posted below me, "fahrettin" what do you mean by "allah knows best?" The person in charge told u he had HALAL LAMB...if he's lying then its all on him...you should be blessed at least you have the luxury of halal food in your area, where I live I could only pray for that...not only that you should support businesses that have halal food by EATING THERE AND NOT WALKING OUT...

I went there today after Jum'ah. There was no halal sign outside of the place. I went inside and looked for a halal sign. No sign was present. I asked the person in charge if their meats are halal and he said only the lamb is halal and the other meats are not halal. I left without eating anything. Allah knows best.

Food is excellent. We were visiting San Diego and this place is on the way to Wild Animal Park so we had dinner on our way back from WAP. Nice environment. We had the chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma plate. It was pretty nice. More importantly the kids enjoyed it as well. Prices are reasonable. The address for this place is 763 Center Dr, San Marcos, CA 92069, Ph: 760-747-2600, 11am - 9pm. Its is in the Wal Mart complex. Google it up.

The food is very, very good. The meat shawirma tasts like the one I used to eat in Jordan. The service is great. The price is very good with a nice menu. The Flafel is made by the owners' mother and the shawirma is his recipe.
