*UZIH HIDDEN GEM ALERT* As you can see for the alert above, this place is a hidden gem. I have no idea why this place isn't more popular. Maybe people are averse to the fact that alcohol is served. Did i mention this place is cheap? Get the hot pastrami/reuben on sourdough EDIT: The food here isn't fantastic, but it's decent and cheap . I still feel that it's underrated (probably due to some lingering rumor of it's halalness) and BOB the owner is a sweetheart so i still recommend it.

Dropped by this place for lunch as I was in the area. I had the hot roast beef sandwich and it was excellent. This place has a huge selection of American cuisine as well as snacks. I will have to come back to try the others. The prices were not too bad and the service was excellent. The place is neat and clean and there is adequate parking in the back and it is located in a nice area. This place is unique as it is a Deli style cafe with Zabihah American food. The only reason I will not give this place a 5 is because they serve alcohol.

Was in there area here today and stopped in for lunch. They have a large variety. I Had the Hot Pastrami sandwich. Very good. I liked the french bread! The fries were also good too (crinkle cut). The service was very friendly. They have on display the Halal labelled whole turkey, chickens as well as the Al Safa boxes for the burgers and chicken patties. They do serve beer, wine and non-Zabihah meat, so that is why I'm not giving the place 5 stars. Otherwise worth to check out this deli.

The sandwiches all awesome here! Excellent Pastrami and Ruben Sandwiches. If you're in Fremont stop by make sure you ask for halal meats as he does serve regular stuff as well. If alchol offends you dont go here cause he caters to non-muslim crowd as well. Another Wassman certified place!

This place is really good. If you ever have a hankering for a great roast beef or turkey sandwich (we all know how hard it is to get a halal deli sandwich that's good!) go here. It's quite small, so not a good place for a large group, more like a corner deli. I saw with my own eyes the large packaged deli of turkey, roast beef, pastrami and turkey bacon labeled with a halal label. He serves halal and non halal, so make sure you tell him halal. He also serves Halal chicken wings and hamburgers. Those on verbal assurance from the owner that they're halal.

As far as I know - the cheesburger, the fried chicken burger, the gyros and the mortadella deli sandwich are halaal. You may want to check if other items are as well. The owner is super cool, friendly and warm. Alcohol and non zabiha items are also sold here. So, make sure what you are ordering is of the zabiha variety before placing your order. Ask the owner for verification. He seems honest and upfront. The burgers are absolutely delicious. The other items also sold here are the salmon fillet sandwich, tuna melts, falafel sandwiches and much more!
