SARAY. This restaurant has been renamed Saray. It is very easily located just a few moments from the Shibuya station and exactly as marked on the map. The sign for the eatery shows the Turkish flag and is easily spotted. Elevator to the 3rd floor and this place is quite tiny. Seating for 20 people. Very friendly staff. This was the best and cheapest meal we had in Tokyo over 3 days. Highly recommended
