Halal Meat Centre & Specialty Foods features authentic spices, snacks, condiments, drinks and desserts. Also includes frozen and refrigerated items including frozen samosas, chicken, lamb, mince meat, nuggets, sausage, sandwich slices etc. Dry goods include all kinds of spices including shan masalas, snacks and desserts like baklava etc. Summer hours are Mon-Fri 9.30 am to 8.00 pm, Sat 10.00am to 7.00pm, Sunday and long weekend hours are 11.00am to 6.00pm. Winter hours change to Mon-Fri, 9.30am to 7.00pm, Sat-Sun and long weekend hours remain the same. We have been in business for the last 22 years and were the first halal meat store in Manitoba.

Very good products, I found lots of things that I couldn't find elsewhere in Winnipeg, the only weak point is they have frozen meat and chicken that I didn't want! But the lady said they have fresh chicken on Mondays and meat some other day!

This is my favorite place for Halal/ specialty grocery. Owners are extremely helpful and kind. Almost all authentic pakistani, middle eastern grocery is available. An awesome source for all kind of halal meat, including nuggets, burgers, sandwich slices, sausages etc.
