Clearly I didn't read the reviews properly, but I went expecting this to be a restaurant when in fact it's a Kebab shop. It's in S'Arenal which is, to be honest, a complete dump and a classic 'Brits on the piss' resort (like Southend but sunnier, and with more Germans). Staff we spoke to were Algerian and assured us everything was halal. They also have another branch in Palma de Mallorca, near the Plaza d'Espana, which I'd recommend in preference to this branch if only for the location.
