I am not at all happy with this store. The quality of their meat, especially the chicken, seems to be slipping. They only have huge chicken breasts, from older birds (so the meat is drier, tougher), and they are only cleaning one side of it. When you get the package home and open it, you find the underside of the chicken to still be covered in fat and skin! Also, if they don't feel like cutting up a chicken for you, they will simply claim that they are not cutting meat anymore for the day. The guy did this to us, and then while we were still standing there, went into the back and started cutting meat! Food on the shelves and freezers: watch the expiration date before you buy! They will sell you old things! This horrible place makes me miss Chicago even more! In Chicago, they know how to treat their customers, and don't act as though only eating zabihah should be punished!

The deli was closed today & I was told that they will only reopen once they can find staff to operate.

The establishment as a grocers is excellent. It's huge and you can buy anything and everything. The halaal meat selection is big. The accompanying deli is another story. Recently I went (9/08) and they said they only have gyros and falafel since the cook quit. I had the gyro and it was very messy and decent. I wouldn't go again.

Biggest halal grocery store in Memphis, very clean with good service usually. Chicken is good quality, but ground and stewed beef is not as lean as other local halal establishments. They have a deli with great variety, and the gyros as well as chicken dishes are very good, and extremely reasonably priced. Probably the best middle eastern food in Memphis.

I asked, and bought goat meat from there but it turned out to be lamb. This has happenned once with my friend too.

The gyros at the deli are excellent and we eat there very often as it is close to the University. Customer service is pretty good too and the place is also very clean.

I am not to big on the food there but the store is wonderful.

The Store has recently improved its meat area more clean and more verity. Resturant has nice Middle Eastern food.

They definitely have halal meat, excellent quality chicken. Clean establishment, with good service. Recommend it to anyone in the Memphis area.
