We originally found this place on Zabihah.com and have become regular customers. Our favorite things are the Quatro Carne Pizza, and the chicken parmesan subs. My son loves the steak & cheese sub. The Menu does say Zabihah/Halal on it now (it didn't before!), so that's reassuring. The place is very small with just a few tables, but we can almost always find room to sit. I think most of the business is carry-out. There's another Stone Hot in Falls Church, and I heard there was a third one open(ing?) somewhere else.
Small place with incredibly nice people and wonderful food.
The pizza is pretty good way better then any commercial pizza place.. My personal favorite is the steak n cheese pizza

Decent pizza and wings, my favorite toppings combo is ground beef and onions. I little bit more expensive than national chains (considering the size).. But every now and then they have coupon sheets. Late hours make it an awesome choice when traveling and just getting back in town.
salaam all..i would NOT recommened eating here because i asked them if their cheese was halaal and they say yes but they cannot provide proof that the Rennet in the Enzymes of the cheese if from porcine or vegetable source or microbial. i asked them once a few months back and now after 3 months they still didnt research it, i wouldnt trust them.
I used to think this place was decent but from last few experiences I have to say it has become mediocre at best. I can't say that I've ever been fully satisfied after eating from here. There are other places that have significantly better tasting sandwiches and pizza.
I think the pizza here is very good however its overpriced. I have also tried the steak and cheese and shwarma which were both pretty good.
Great Food, I really enjoyed their halal pizza toppings, finally a place where I can enjoy some GOOD halal food. ALSO store on George Mason St. is now carrying HALAL JERKY as well from Insane Jerky! I went out there this am, and they still had about 8 bags left, spicy jerky is off the hook!

Note that Stone Hot Pizza's menu (including combo deals) is provided on the website (linked above). Being single, I didn't mind dining in, sitting on a stool along a wall. While it's great to have a real halal resturant (even the menu boasts that the food is 100% halal), the food itself is not extraordinary. For example, the steak and cheese panini I ordered was more akin to a bun with steak and a slice of provolone, the entire thing toasted than a full-blown panini or even a complete steak and cheese experience. It was served with a generic bag of potato chips (no choices) and s can of soda (standard Pepsi products). I'll try the superano pizza, meatball sub, or sausage and peppers calzone the next time I stop by.
This place is awesome! I had been here before when I lived in DC about four years ago and the food is still one of the best in the area. Stone Hot has Pizza, Subs, Panninis, Strombolis and more. Try the Quattro Carne Pizza and the meatball parmesan. This place is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to!
WHOAHH relax there on that enzyme cheese review. At least they TOLD you they couldn't confirm, mA good for them for being honest. 90% of the cheese products you eat, you'll have a hard time truly confirming that it is zabihah. The pizza here is excellent, wings are delicious to go with it. My wife loves the panini bread.
I think the previous review was accurate. This place is very good as long as you order the right items. I don't recommend everything on their menu. Stick with these three items... pizza, meatball sub, and smoked turkey panini. You may want to try their other panini sandwiches, I hear they are also good. I haven't yet tried their calzones, so I cannot comment on that. Their pizza is good, but not great. This is definitely not a place to dine-in, they only have like one table. This establishment looks very clean. Friendly service. Overall I give it thumbs up.
I love their meatball sandwich. They also have great turkey panini sandwiches. Their pizza is good but not great. Their best pizzas are the specialty pizzas. Still, its the only place one can go to get a halal pepperoni pizza.
Excellent food. Especially their steak and cheese Panini. I love the place. I only wish that they have a store closer to my home. The place is clean, nicely decorated and the owners complement all this with exceptionally friendly and professional service
I eat there all the time, their hamd and cheese panini is great and so is everything else.
I have not been to this place, but just for an update. They have opened another place in Skyline plaza on S George Mason dr in Falls Church. It looks like a beautiful place. Will try it soon, InshAllah
Sallams, I travel to VA often for business and visited Stone Hot Pizza. I had the panini sandwich. It was excellent. I went back the next day with friends and we had sandwiches, hot wings, and more. Alhumdulilah all the food was very good. Also, the restaurant is clean and the service is excellent.
i'm new to the area and i went to this place, and i had there chicken panini...it's really good, and they're very sweet...they let us eat there even though they were closing.
As salaam ua laikum! May Allah reward the muslims working at Stone Hot Pizza. My family and I were traveling to the area for the first time and went to the shop after reading some of the reviews on this site. The brother extended the hand of Islam as the sunna. He offered us a place to offer salat and directed us to the nearest masjid and when asked, he told me himself that all of the meat here is halal from zabihah. 2 different employees at 2 different occasions told us that evrything is halal! Allahu Akabar! Zabihah.com has done it again! May Allah reward you! oh, by the way, the food waas excellent with a wonderful selection of american and middle eastern dishes. As salaam ua laikum!
The pizza is delicious, the staff is very friendly and the place is immaculately clean. We have placed many large orders (probably over 20 times so far )and have enjoyed the food every time. When I asked the staff whether all of the meat was Halal the manager was nice enough to show me the freezer full of halal meats. The prices are very reasonable when you consider how much more expensive it must be to use halal ingredients compared to cheap meats and pork used by non-halal establishments- I haven't come across a friend or family member who doesn't love their food. highly recommended esp the Hawaian pizza and the hummus.
They have the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Complete waste of time and money, no taste whatsoever. Their pizzas are expensive. I tried their BBQ chicken and Romano pizza both tasted like melted cheese on baked dough...I ordered their chicken wings too which seemed like deep fried and then diped in hot sause. I strongly suggest to think over before going over there. I am leaving this feedback purposely to give you an honest opinion about the worst halal food place you will ever have to eat.
The best halal or non halal pizza ever! I love this place and I agree with the other post, this place is addictive. the customer service is the best around, the nicest and the cleanest.
I've been living in this area for 22 years and finally we have gourmet style pizzas, calzones and many other options offered in a very clean professinal environment. The best I have seen so far.
It doesn't get any better than this! Cleanest Muslim place ever, very professional food is awesome! Make sure you try the meatlovers pizza, 4 different kinds of meat guaranteed in every bite! Hot wings, steak and cheese. The food tastes excellent and like the real deal. But mostly I'm impressed by how clean the place and employees are. Definately check it out. It's of my top two halal places in VA.
Outstanding. Gourmet Pizza, Calzone. Everything is fresh from the vegetables to the homemade breads. Warning the food is addictive! The whole office is hooked.
This halal pizza restaurant serves outstanding gourmet pizza, calzones and sandwiches cooked in an old world brick oven custom made for this store. They use fresh ingredients and their crust is the best I ever had. They have great recipes. My favorites are BBQ Chichen, the veggie and another one called Amata. My muslim and non-muslim friends are both impressed with it. I give it the five star rating. You must try it. It is the best pizza I ever had. By the way they have free delivery and that is what I recommend because they have a small dining area.
