very nice food! However, happened to be there whilst the raw chicken were being delivered. Q surprised to see that the supplier was the meat company called Hillman which was just a few blocks away. Did ask one of the waiter to confirm what we saw, and he said, yes it is Hillman meat co and he is delivering HALAL chicken! Would be v happy to hear comments from Zabihah if Hillman does slaughter Halal chicken.

My friends love this place but eat seafood only. I wouldn't eat here though. The owner is not Muslim but does say they use halaal meat. They don't sell alcohol but have BYO. On a Friday night there are plenty patrons with cans of beer on the tables. Generally a busy place.

I am amazed that this place has not yet been added to zabihah. The biggest problem with this place is that when you look at the right side of the menu, you dont see anything over 5.5 pounds and everything is coming to your table piping hot and you just dont stop ordering and eating unless you realize that your buttons are popping up and your belly is filled but your intention not. Please visit the place keeping in mind the above facts, on a weekend arrive early otherwise long waits as place is kind of small.

Went to this place to eat halal food. It's says halal food in the window. However inside the restaurant above the door near the kitchen was what look like Buddha and other such ornaments.i would there for question whether the food is truly halal. Please Muslims be aware we therefore will not be going to this place again.

food prices range from £3.50-£4.50, which is good -portions are quite large.the staff are okay-employ European waiters sometimes have to catch their attention -but that is just something trivial-food is cooked fresh -very nice and a big selection -chef main ingredients are chicken, king prawn and beef dishes ..styled more like a cafe than a restaurant - so not that critical but very clean...not sure where to park around there as it is on the high st and unfamiliar with Kilburn.
