The other reviews are almost 10 years ago. We did not have much time before catching a flight out of PHL and needed to have dinner so we called this place and was assured by the muslim owner that all his chicken is halal. We did not find the appearance appealing but I must add that the philly chicken I ate here was the best in all of Philadelphia. The owner and staff were also extremely friendly. There is no seating space so this is essentially a take-out.
