Not sure why this place has such mixed reviews. First, the cleanliness and ambience are better than any other restaurant I\'ve been to in this area. I thought the food was excellent and the service was also great. I had the nihari which was great, and the bihari kabab was also really good. Will definitely go again!

After hearing so many good reviews about them we finally planned to visit this restaurant. We ordered Behari Kabab, Kalimirch Chicken (Signature Dish), Mutton Kabab (Signature Dish), Matka Kulfi (Malai and Mango). I was almost disappointed with Kalimirch Chicken and Mutton Biryani, as it was suppose to be the best. Behari Kabab was ok. The only thing i loved was Matka Kulfi (Malai flavor). Mango flavor was not even felt like Kulfi. It was most like Ice Cream.

The customer service in this place as well as the food was HORRIBLE! We got sick from the food that night and it ruined our vacation!

I\'ve eaten at Zyka about 10 times, and my review reflects my experience from across those visits. First off, this is not a full-service restaurant. You order, pay upfront, get your own supplies and find your own table. The prices are on the cheaper side - you\'ll agree with me for the most part when you get your meal! The food portions are reasonable, with curry portions that can be shared easily. The best way to eat when you go in a group of two, three or more is to order different dishes and share them "“ communal style. The curries have rich, deep, authentic taste that shows that the business has concentrated on a few items and worked really hard on perfecting them. It shows. The Naan is soft and pillow-like yet beautifully cooked through. The chicken biriyani is a favorite of mine as the rice is soft and the taste reminds me of wedding biriyani back home. The portion is modest but oh-so-good. It's a favorite restaurant of mine in the Atlanta area for the food & value in a decent location.

Use to be great but now it's just bland food served to the mass to accommodate their more nontraditional market, not for desi spiced at all

I have been going to this place for the last 7 years and I have always received consistent quality and taste. No doubt the prices have gone up and the quantity is not as much as at other places, but they have spent great amount of money in improving the seating area and their banquet hall. You can't expect, best place, best food, best taste and best service at LOW prices......its not realistic. Avoid weekends between 7:00PM - 9:00PM, you will NOT find a table to sit and will have to fight for a table, as they don't have any numbers or lines, you just have to fight to get a table ;-) Their Chicken 65, Chili Chicken, Daal, Nihari, Bihari Boti (Not on menu), Chicken Tikka are MUST to order. Mango Kulfi is my youngest's favorite. There is no better place in Atlanta to go, but Zyka! I go to several restaurants, but Zyka is the best (Whenever I can afford ;-)

Their chicken is not hand cut zabihah. When asked, they said chicken is machine cut and beef is hand cut zabihah.

Pretty good desi food. I ordered the Chicken 65 and Karahi, both were very good. It seemed though that the mangi lassi was simply mango pulp in a cup. That turned me off a little. With the amount of desis that were there on a Friday night, Zyka is the place to be!

food is a bit expensive but good..dinning area is clean.. washrooms are extremely dirty !

Two weeks ago I went to this place twice while I was visiting Atlanta. First visit: Place was crowded most or all the customers looks indians/pakistanies. It was like an american fast food resturant, you order at the counter. The man taking the order was not even smiling .. I think because it was a busy day (a lot of customers and phone calls). Food was great and chilli. We liked everything we ordered. Second Visit: place was less crowded. We had better experiance with the woman taking the order, espically in explaining the menu. Again the food was great. In general, the place is clean, big, a lot of tables. I think they need more staff to help taking the orders and cleaning the tables. There were Halal signs and I asked the man and he said everything is Halal.

Two expensive , the only thing I go there is for their special white chutney . Not worth it anymore .

The BEST Chicken 65 in town period. Only issue that I have with this place is price$$$$$. It is ridiculously going up with every visit. As an outcome we cannot simply go there as often as we use to. I remember when 65 was $4.49 and now it is close to WHOPPING $7.00. As far as I know none of the ingredient's price went up drastically in last few years. So the question is why the price.

Let me also begin with praising the chicken 65, it is good but whats better is "haleem". If you are a hyderabadi, you will definitely like it, its no pista house or shah ghaous stuff but non the less it good. If you are still looking for that hyderabadi biryani, well... keep looking, because you are not going to get it over here. The owners are under the assumption it will charge them if they crack a smile to the customer while taking an order. Wouldn't say expensive but could work a little bit on the quantity of the food. Over all nice clean place with good ambiance and a few good dishes.

This is an Ismaili owned restaurant with very good food as far as the taste is concerned. Probably the best Chicken 65 in town. Other dishes are good too. Kababs etc are though below par. My biggest issue with this place is the quantity. One serving of Nihari is not enough for two Naans you will need one more serving. All portions are small. If I was dieting this would be the place to go but then I would expect to pay less too which is not the case at this restaurant. Who goes out to eat at an ordinary place ( in terms of setting ) and then pay a premium for small portions? Apparently a lot of people .... cause this place is always packed.

MohammadZaman hit it right on the nail. Good food but terrible in terms of price and the amount of food you get. The staff is also very rude.

Chicken 65 is very tasty and must have when you go to this place. Naan was very soft and tender. Rest of the food was okay. Atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant.

We were visiting Georgia 2 weekes ago and we were bcousins who live there and we were very impressed with the food. Chicken 65 was awesome! Nihari abd other chicken dishes was yummy as well. We would definitely go there whenever we visit Georgia again. We're from Stafford, Virgina and nearby our house we hardly have any halal restaurants plus that are tasty. I would definitely recommend to others!

Not sure about this place, when called last time, the person answered the phone claimed only the Chicken is Zabihah. So do you own research before going, if you prefer ZABIHAH meats only.

The Chicken 65 is da bomb! It really is the best in town. And they've finally remodeled. It's pricey...you have to order from the menu. A decent meal for two will set you back $27...and there's no buffet. Altogether, it's a good eating experience, especially if you get the Chicken 65 and Mango Lassi.

Halaal and owners are muslims; Excellent chicken 65; rest of the chicken variety and dishes were above average, very tasty and definitely at a very reasonable price ($5-$6/plate). I would strongly recommend people to visit the place if you go to Atlanta. Make sure you be there before 7PM on the weekends or else the parking lot is filled up.

This is great place to eat. Food is above average and they dont kill everything with too much spice. Can get very busy sometimes and that can be a bit uncomfortable.

They are the best in Atlanta area for Indian/Pak style non-vegetarian dishes. I like their chilli chicken and bihari kebab. Chicken65 is also good, so is the chiku kulfi. Decor is ordinary. Serving sizes are rather small. This is a self serve restaurant.

Chicken 65 is good..other people were right in that they should improve on the decor and everything with all the money they make. i felt its a bit overrated..and they dont give a big portion for the money. But if you go for the chicken 65..you cant go wrong

Very overrated. Although a mosquito in my naan is something that could happen anywhere, I'd hope that somewhere else there'd at least be an apology or a free naan, but they really acted like it was no big deal. Maybe it isnt'. But yeah very oily, very greasy. The only dish that I do recomend is their chicken 65.

Zyka is good but it isnt great Try the Chicken Boti and Chicken 65 They are the only good dishes there but they are extremely good. Over priced and less quantity is the problem with zyka. Great sitting are and parking. Ok though. 100% halal

Asalaamu Alaikum The food is good, but I agree that it is a bit over-priced for being served in styrofoam containers with platic utensils and no table service. Everything is a la carte which drives the price up if you want a dish with rice or bread..., but I will go back, insha Allah, because I like the food. Salaam

People rave about Zyka, but truthfully, its overpriced and not that great...the kebabs are like dough, they melt in your mouth; samosas taste like someone stuffed them w/left over aloo, matter salun; and the fried red chicken is over-rated. Think twice before visiting this one. For being fast food style and being served in paper plates, its overpriced. We took my family (from out of town) there after people raved about it, and they honestly felt it was the worst desi food they ever ate. Will never go there again.

The food was good but the taste is compromised by pastic cutlery and plates. It's more like a fast food that a restaurant. The management exuded arrogance.

For all the money these guys make they should improve the decor a little bit. One goes out for dining for the entire experience and the ambiance is a big part of it. There is enough room in the main area to put little cubicles along the walls and then tables in the middle but the management is oblivious to it and people don't mind standing in lines for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for a table to become available. As far as food is concerned, taste is excellent for almost all but the Kabobs which are below par. They do advertise that all food is Halal but you should ask the quetion if it is "Zabihah" or not. Most probably it is not. Brothers and sisters who are really sensitive about this issue should ask them about the supplier and then call and confirm themselves. Sadly, most of the resturants in US who claim to serve Halal take advantage of this technicality and claim the food to be Halal though most of it is machine cut and not hand slaughtered.

Good food. Meat is halal. Chicken is machine cut halal. So beware.

Good food but the quantites are less. Good a person eating alone a regular dinner.

There is a sign behind the register that says that they 'only serve halal meat'. The Chicken 65 was excellent. Also enjoyed the mango ice cream.

Overall (quality, price, and atmosphere, etc), best Pakistani restaurant in Georgia.

Superb food and service. Although you may have to wait for a table Friday & Saturday nights, the food is well worth the wait.

Awesome food! The best in Atlanta... I have tried all the others because I eat out 3-4 times a week. Two "chutney thumbs up".

No free refills on coke. Chicken 65 is good. Seek kabobs are no good. Get lots of onions no matter what you order. Chutney is watered down like mad.
