50% or our cut was bone and fat. Felt completely ripped off to say the least. The store was also very dirty, with flies everywhere. I would avoid at all costs. Service was even rude.

The store is often full of flies and not sanitary. Customers are allowed to walk back to the freezer and touch the meat (no one washes hands). The meat is often really smelly and takes forever to cook.

The store has improved since 2002. The chicken is still kind of small but I guess it's how the chicken is being brought for slaughter. The owner is known muslims and the meat is still halal. Just a note, make sure that the owner or someone reliable weight the meats because the wife tend to cheat in terms of weighing the meats, which the customer has to pay extra for the weight cheat. This weight cheating has been made known to the owner and the authorities and it's been rectify. Nevertheless, just make sure you look at the meat being weight carefully.

The meat Chaudry sells in the packs at grocerry stores is the worst I have ever seen. I have been buying these packs for years. Mixed meats have excessive fillers like bones, fat, liver,heart, etc.. The weight of edible meat left is the pack is about less than 2/3 of the total weight. Ever since the original oweners sold the company to the now owners the quality is gone down hill. Not that the original owners get the best job, but at least the edible quantity was more than the present packing.
