I read the comments and they are all from the old Bazaar, there is a new owner, Khalil Abdullah. The owner is very nicce and the store is very clean and they have many products of which all are halal. they have a website you can check out. http://oregonbazaar.com

Good variety. Opens 11am, different closing times for week/weekend. Working hours are not posted on the main door, instead these are posted somewhere else on the glass. Call ahead before you go. Was visiting Portland, and was able to catch the store open at my third try.
