The owner here confirmed the beef options along with the gyro meat are halal. Chicken is not. Hawaiian pizza with beef pepperoni was very good mA. Kids enjoyed the other meat/veggie pizza and garlic bread as well. In a strip mall. Street parking. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing for the area.

Good food and very good service. Only beef, sausages & meat balls were halal when we visited the place.

Amazing food for a great price. I ordered the Hot links sausage and it was amazing. Also the sister that works here is vary kind.

Amazingly fresh and tasty pizza! This is the best halal food you will find in Honolulu. We had the Amina Special pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you\'re in Honolulu and looking for halal food.

A small place. The lady owner is very nice and respectful. Not all the items are halal and she is quick to point that out. We had the meat pizza. It was a decent pizza but for halal pizza in Hawaii as the only place to get one it\'s great especially being on the island for a week and Halal places to eat are 5-6 places tops. No parking in front so we parked a block away in a car park and walked up.

This was one of the best meals I had in Oahu. I was here on my honeymoon and we were craving some pizza. I didn't think there would be too much halal food in Hawaii. Luckily I found this place and was able to get some pepperoni pizza. My wife had the veggie and said it was some of the best she had had. Also the owner is very friendly and really sweet. Last but not least the pizza is thin crust which I loved.

This place was great! The pepperoni, beef sausage and bacon (turkey really) is halal but confirm when you get there. Our first time there, we ordered their pepperoni pizza and a beef sausage pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. The second time we went, we got pepperoni and beef sausage calzones to go. Loved them! The owners are super nice and even the security guard that watches the parking area was friendly and funny. Definitely a nice change when you get tired of eating seafood :)

This place is very small. The pizza was good. Their service was fast. I would just use it as a carry out place.

This place was a little out of the way but was worth the long walk. Fantastic french bread pizza. And very friendly service. They have calzones, pasta, and quite a few halal options.

I didn't really expect the food to be that great. I tried many other Italian restaurant but the value and taste here is great.

4/2013: we just ate there today. Very good food. Freshly made and very friendly owner. Even cheese on pizza with veg enzymes as per owner. Only two minor downsides. Not in the most touristy of places and not everything on menu is halal. But there's enough choices to keep going there! And a two minute walk from Hawaii convention center. So its pretty safe area. Inshallah as per this review a great choice!

We ate at this place when we were on vacation the first week of July 2012. The food and the service were great. It was so great to find Halal food in Hawaii. Their menu is partial Halal so be careful. The owner Ms. Amina give us a menu that were marked for the Halal food. There were 4 of us and we all ordered something different and they were all great. Keep up the good work and I would recommend this to everyone looking for Halal food in Honolulu. I would definitely go here again when I am in Hawaii.

Alhamdullilah! I recently moved to Oahu from New York and thought I would have to rely on eating seafood and vegetables while here, but this place is like a halal food oasis! They use midamar products. They have an extensive menu including French bread pizza, pizza, lasagna, pasta, garlic bread etc. As far as I can tell, the chicken is not halal but all beef including pepperoni and sausage is zabihah halal. Also, I met the owner Amina and she is very friendly and made the food spicy and fresh for me. The beef sausage and cheese italian sandwich and beef pepperoni combination calzone were both very delicious. Five stars for sure and highly recommended. Definitely plan on eating here frequently, iA.

Food was fingerlickin' tasty. Prices were reasonable based on Honolulu's standard. Not all of their dishes are zabihah. Owner was very kind and suggested zabihah dishes for us. Owners are Muslims. Would definitely recommend if you're in Honolulu. They're only a mile away from Ilikai on Ala Moana.

A very friendly place with nly 2-3 zabihah dishes and owner doen't sell alchol either. They told me what is available from zabihah halal, limited choice but very tasty and good portion. Vey well priced, as I was not expecting this price in kailu market place

My husband and I went there while on vacation and had an excellent pizza. Most of the items on the menu are halal except for the chicken and a few of the sandwich items. As long as you stick with beef, you should be okay.

My family & I went to Amina Pizz in Jan 2005 while revisiting HI, NOT ALL the food are halal, the owners (husband & wife) are very kind & honest to let us know that.Very few selection are halal - Zabiha - slaughtered according to Islamic law/regulation. Important note is that most Muslims in HI take it as long as the meat is not pork, it can be eaten or so called halal to be eaten.

Assalaamu Alaikum, these reviews are not completely true... to my knowledge anyways wa Allahu Alim. I have been there recently and the only thing that is DHABIHA(ISLAMICALLY SLAUGHTERED) is the Beef pepperoni which they import, everything else however, is not DHABIHA, halal yes, but not dhabiha. Alhamdulillah though the food is great and they are very nice Alhamdulillah. I enjoy the restaurant very much and go any time I can!

This is a wonderful take-out or dine in Italian restaurant. All menu items are Halal including Calzone, Hot Subs, pasta, and pizza made with hot link sausage, beef pepperoni and turkey ham. It is located close to Kailua Beach, serving the Hawaii community for 5 years. Owned by the Chau family of Alexandria, VA.

This is a place where you can eat pizza, smothered with Pepperoni, Sausage and Ham, and feel safe and comfortable that all of it Halal. The ham is made from turkey. Sausage and pepperoni is made from beef. Run by a husband and wife team, this wonderful, quaint little restaurant is a must for the tourists on their way to Kailua Beach. Basically cheap frozen pizzas for $15-20. Would not recommend. Spaghetti was slightly better hence the 2 star rating.

A real delight! I came because I eat halal and I was not disappointed. The sandwiches are delicious and the chicken pesto pizza was very good!
