I paid almost 6 dollars for a rotten pear. I tried calling to report the issue and also sent text messages with photos to the shop immediately after I realized the pear was spoiled. I received no response. I went to the shop and spoke to the man cashing. His response was that he cannot do anything and that its not his fault and telling me that he is losing money. Well Your customer service was terrible and I a regular customer will not be returning. How can you sell me a rotten item and refuse to reimburse or give me another item. This is disgraceful and low service, I do not recommend this place to anyone. He did not sympathize about the situation he was very negative and did not care about a customer's loss, he didn't offer any solution. It is customer service like these why businesses loses their customers in time to come. Big disappointment. I hope you get some customer service training. I do not recommend here and will never return.
