This has to be the worst pepes I have ever been. Firstly, the initial service was fine by the lady who is very kind but seemingly stressed constantly. The food took absolutely ages to come out. At least 25 mins (there was only 1 eat in order before us and one deliveroo order taking place. The food itself was horrendous. XL burger meal. Bun was terribly dry and hard. Not fresh at all. The burger itself was very chewy and rough around the edges. Very dry through the middle. The chips. No way that is acceptable to be honest. Dry, crispy and overcooked to the max with no substance at all. The only thing that saved the munch was the sauces... Avoid at all costs. Not like the other pepes in other locations :(
