We were a party of five intent on sharing the bounty. We had the sampler of dips (mezes) and pita for our appetizer. We savored our favorites (babagannoush and hummus) and found some new loves (Ezme and Atom). For our main dishes we had the pan-fried liver and onions--which converted all the liver haters at the table. (ME!). So good. We also had the Manti (dumplings), Iskender (Sautéed bread layered with gyro, yogurt & special tomato sauce), chicken kebap, and on the recommendation of the waitress, we got slow cooked lamb shank over smoked eggplant which was a standout. All her recommendations were spot on. Full from dinner, we didn't have dessert, but I will save room next time. The dining room was a cool vibe. We especially liked the plates. No reserverations at this place. It wasn't crowded when we went which was early on a Tuesday evening
