Took me a while but finally made it for lunch and the BBQ did not dissapoint. The beef ribs were fall of the bone tender and slathered with just the riggt amount of sauce We ordered the Mac n cheese and onion rings as a side (note..the onion ring order is a THING all on its own). The Mac n cheese was just okay.my lunch date ordered the brisket burger which was accompanied by our favorite side..yup seasoned shoestring fries. The burger was large..so grand that he could only eat half!!! Cant wait to go back to try the trip and chicken (bbq).
