I learned that this has new management, I had stopped going since before CoVid because I simply didn’t like their cooking. So with new blood, I decided to check it out. I ordered pancit bihon to go and was surprised at the portion. I had to add a little seasoning, soy sauce, which means it tasted a little underseasoned. I prefer it that way than for it to come too salty and will be hard to adjust. I also had the pork and chicken empanada. It has a crispy shell and the filling is nicely seasoned. Also a good size.
