Flying Biscuit Café was amazing. We were nestled in a cozy corner, which turned out to be the perfect space for our family to relax, bond, and truly enjoy the experience. The food was the real star. The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection. The hangover hash, substituted with grits, was hands down one of the best breakfast bowls I’ve had in a long time. The Piedmont omelet was delicious and paired perfectly with a side of two chicken tenders. The eggs Benedict were scrumptious, and adding a waffle took it over the top. The table absolutely loved the biscuits with apple butter—a must-have. While the service was just okay, the food more than made up for it. Overall, a great dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back for the food alone.
