Visited Flex & Fuel Cafe recently and had an amazing brunch experience. The cafe has a modern, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and quick service. We started with the Avo Lucious, which was beautifully presented with fresh avocado, beetroot hummus, crumbed fetta, lavender labneh and a drizzle of pomegranate glaze that brought everything together perfectly. The Spaghetti Arrabbiata had a delicious chilli garlic kick and was full of flavour. The Cheeky Chook burger was crispy, juicy and packed with flavour, while the Steak Sanga was loaded with tender steak, caramelised onions, cheese and chilli onion jam, served with crispy fries. We also tried the Classic Caesar Salad, which was fresh, well-balanced and topped with a perfectly poached egg. To finish, we enjoyed the Toning Protein Shake, the refreshing Watermelon Frappe, the fruity Tropical Frappe, and warm cups of Mocha and Hot Chocolate. Overall, Flex & Fuel Cafe is a fantastic spot for brunch, coffee or a healthy meal, with generous portions, quality ingredients and plenty of options to suit every taste. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
