We do have Halal certified chicken across all our locations. We do however work with other non-Halal meats and we do not follow halal processes in the kitchen.'

I am a regular customer and have been going to buy tacos since many years now. I can’t believe the kind of horrible customer service I received this morning from their staff. I ordered food online and went for pick up. No one bothers to ask you if you are waiting for an order. Today I was waiting for more than 7 minutes and then this young girl serving there refused to acknowledge my order and kept ignoring me, asking everyone else and serving them who came after me. I was waiting patiently at first and then after 7 minutes and still no response from the staff, I finally asked her for my online order so politely. She gave me a disgusting look and threw my order on the table. I haven’t seen this kind of arrogant and rude behaviour in the food industry. If this is how you treat your regular customers, you will not retain them in the long run for sure. Had such a horrible experience which has ruined your reputation.
