Food was terribly drenched in oil and was bland unless sauces were used. Although we were the only customers there at that time, but our meals were placed in different trays in mismatched form and presented in 3 trays for 4 ppl. I was specially disappointed by the quality of shredded beef steak coz they looked more like minced meat with onions floating in oil!!!! Even the fries tasted the same as the meat which indicates they have probably used the same oil for everything. Floor was sticky and had clear signs of splatters of some sort of drink. When I enquired about the stickyness the staff said « I don’t know ». Still they had wet floor sign placed at two places. Entrance door was jammed and I cldnt open it myself . Needed assistance of my husband to do it. This branch is clearly run by untrained staff who have a « winging it » kind of attitude. I was very excited bc of halal options in beef but after the experience, I won’t be going back.
