The food at Halal Urban Thai was very good and definitely the highlight of our visit. The flavors were excellent, the portions were satisfying, and it’s easy to see why people recommend this place. The staff was courteous overall, and the people working there seemed genuinely nice. Service speed could be improved, especially during busy times, as the wait was a little longer than expected. One area that could use some improvement is interacting with families and young children. Our waiter didn’t seem particularly patient or welcoming toward kids, which affected the overall experience a bit. That said, the quality of the food was strong enough that we’d still consider coming back. If you’re looking for tasty halal Thai food, it’s worth a visit.
