Very disappointing experience. We ordered extra hot chicken and rice, but we were served extremely hot, which was not what we asked for. The lady staff at the till was also very arrogant and unprofessional. Customer service is very important, and this behaviour was not acceptable. Please provide proper training to your staff on how to behave with customers and handle orders correctly.
