Stopped by Juicy Birds shortly after they opened (around 11:05–11:10 AM), so we completely understood there would be a bit of a wait while everything was being prepared fresh. The wait was totally reasonable, and the food was definitely worth it. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The slush was also really good and refreshing. The only issue we had was the mac & cheese. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just lukewarm, it was actually cold. I asked one of the staff members (I think he may have been the manager) if the mac & cheese was supposed to be served hot or cold. He immediately said it should be hot because it had just been made. When I explained that ours was cold, he didn’t hesitate at all. He apologized and brought us a fresh, hot mac & cheese right away and he didn’t even take the original one back. That level of customer service really stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters. The staff were friendly, understanding, and quick to make things right without any hassle. Great food, outstanding customer service, and we’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️
