After much adue I finally made it out to try this highly sought after Pho broth. And I can assuredly say it is well worth the hype! Id not even finished a single mouthful of the broth before I stopped, dropped my spoon in order to scrape up my jaw and looked over at the chef - who smiled knowingly as I devoured my steaming bowl of goodness. Extra points for the mixed business of being joined to a Speedway servo and bring on t a busy four way intersection. Interior fit with slightly gaudy wall prints of rural Vietnam whilst boss lady bangs out the Viet EDM bangers from the obligatory duke box by the also obligatory in store shrine. No frills food, made with passion and dedication that only patience and love can create. A slew of locals where the only other people we saw, also a good sign! We tried to OG pho with the lot (tripe, brisket, cartilage, beef balls, raw beef), not only is the broth absolute top-tier the portions are mega, with great texture and proper spicy homemade chilli paste. Make the mission out of you're not lucky enough to live nearby and suss what the fuss is about for yourself. Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work guys š¤
