Basha is a pioneer of Lebanese fast-food in Canada, founded in Montreal in 1977 by Chef Fadl Issa. The restaurant chain revolutionized the Canadian quick-service industry by introducing a transparent "what you see is what you eat" buffet-style setup, allowing customers to customize their meals with freshly prepared ingredients. Today, Basha operates numerous locations across Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia, and is widely celebrated for serving traditional Middle Eastern favorites such as shawarma, shish taouk, falafel, hummus, and tabouli.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. All Basha outlets are halal.
Okay first off I love basha but the thing is they close at random times on random days. I went there tonight and it might be the 4th or 5th time they are randomly closed and it’s very frustrating tbh. Next time I will call first I guess ? I feel like i shouldn’t have to because that’s ridiculous. Your hours should be your hours.
