I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at hot masala today. We purchased double ka meetha in December 2024, only to find out it had expired in January 2023—almost 2 years! While I admit it was my mistake not to check the expiration date before purchasing and only noticed it after bringing it home, it’s frustrating that customers even need to double-check something as basic as product safety. This isn’t the first time this has happened either; a few months ago, I bought ice cream that was expired by six months. When I went to complain about it, the store didn’t offer a refund but only allowed me to exchange it for another product. This repeated carelessness and lack of accountability are unacceptable, and it’s clear there’s no proper oversight in checking expiration dates. Until the store improves its inventory management and customer service, I can’t recommend shopping here.
Recently got the opportunity to try their beef burger and it was spectacularly delicious, would highly recommend trying it out and other food dishes they offer as well! Additionally, the grocery they offer is varied and covers many of the needs of an average desi household.
Clean, friendly, well stocked place grocery shop for all Indo Pakistani items. Owners are a great couple who do their best to accommodate requests. Also have fast food items available but u must request in advance.
