The reason for me giving 5 stars to Barcelos is not because of the food or the take away itself but because of a staff member that goes by the name of Patrick who was very kind and tried his best to cater to the best of his ability and fulfil my order . According to my knowledge the Managers/owners refuse to change sign boards or update menus and there's never ingredients for half the sides that the menu does have to offer which means you are forced to take whatever they have to offer . Apart from that, sides which are supposed to be cooked or anything else that doesn't have to be grilled is not allowed to be cooked past a certain hour till the next day once it has run out under managements instructions. The staff isn't the problem it's the people giving instructions from the top . But nevertheless thank you to Patrick as he always makes my visit alittle less frustrating.
