Such a welcome addition to Dalston, located at the back of Dalston Junction and within walking distance from Dalston Kingsland. The Good Front Room is a continuation of Chef Dom Taylor's original stint at The Langham and if you've followed his success, you know the food will be on point. The menu consists of Caribbean highlights with a modern twist. Favourites were the moist and delicate roast sea bream, the short rib (yum!), the red mullet and curry goat. Great cocktails and a good selection of wine to choose from. A couple of points deducted for the haphazard service and bill overcharge (on both visits), so do watch that. That aside, the restaurant has a relaxed vibe and setting and should do well. Get down there and support!
