The ingredients used are very good and of good quality. The sausage is moderately seasoned, but not overly so; you can taste the quality of the meat. The baked falafel is a wonderful, healthy, and delicious option, and I think they're one of the few who have done it. It could have used a little more salt, but that's optional. The dough is thin and delicious. The place is very clean, quiet, and suitable for morning breakfast gatherings. My review is from a chef.
