Worst experience ever at Villa Madina I ordered the Chicken Rok Box. While I was at the counter chatting with the cashier to redeem an offer, they refused to honor it. Before I could even finish, another staff member had already made my order and only asked me about sauces. I said yes to all, paid, and left trusting it would be up to standard. Big mistake. The box was 90% rice with only a couple pieces of chicken, and some of it was undercooked. There were barely any sauces despite saying “yes to all”. Zero taste. The whole thing was bland and inedible — I had to throw most of it away. They clearly just wanted me to pay and leave ASAP. Unlike other downtown locations which I regularly visit, here there was no courtesy, no option to watch it being made, no effort. For the price I paid, this was disrespectful. Won’t be coming back.
