Went back after 6 years, and the manager on duty kindly squeezed us in. We went for the AYCE menu with free flowing, delicious tacos and margaritas 🙌 Honestly worth staying a night in Copenhagen just to eat here. Just remember to book, the place was already packed at opening time. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. 10/10, we will definitely be back! - Valeria & Daniel

Amazing place, love the chain in Copenhagen, as it’s great authentic Mexican food. Plus super good for glutenfree and dairy free dietary-restrictions! Especially this location has amazing people in service, so lovely and kind. Such a vibe

From the moment we entered, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We were greeted by a female staff member who was far from welcoming; she simply told us, “You only have this table to sit at,” with an unfriendly attitude. When taking our order, she acted as if she was bothered and even informed us that we had only one hour at the table before we had to leave. Despite that, the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, which made the time pressure even more unreasonable. When we asked for separate checks, she said it wasn’t possible and that the only option was to split it half-and-half. She responded without any courtesy and even sighed in annoyance. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and we truly regret visiting this restaurant. We came all the way from Bahrain specifically to try it, but it completely disappointed us. The staff member had no sense of customer service, and because of this poor treatment, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s the only place in Copenhagen where we encountered such unprofessional behavior, which is really unfortunate.

I enjoyed my dinner from this restaurant. It is all very hi-tech, with an online menu from where you can track your order in real-time and choose between pickup and delivery. I picked burritos because I know they fill me up but the menu was varied and sounded interesting. I can understand the people that say portions are on the smaller side but it is not a rip-off, plus the service - the young lady at the counter plus the very nice dessert as a gift - is good, so would happily recommend.

Muy especial! What a treat to find a pretty authentic Mexican restaurant here in Copenhagen. Sangria very good. Both are dishes were excellent. The manager Florencia is super friendly. One of our most e enjoyable meals here.
